Vendor Opportunities

IEERC offers local businesses the opportunity to submit bids to perform construction, rehabilitation and/or resale services. IEERC contracts with regional companies in an effort to help revive the area’s sluggish construction and mortgage businesses.

All vendors are prescreened for licensing, insurance and experience. Preference is given to local contractors.
